While standardized forms economically fulfill most of the requirements for the various hospital departments, there are many instances when individual departments require a custom printed form to meet a specific need. In addition to supplying standardized record forms, Physicians' Record can supply any type of printed form from its own printing plant. With our own facilities under one roof, the buyer of hospital printing can be assured of service, production control and quality of workmanship.
