Chart Dividers

Chart dividers aid in locating reports in the patient’s medical record. Streamlining procedures is a necessity in hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, etc. One valuable aid to this streamlining has been the use of our color-tabbed, plastic-coated chart dividers. These handy dividers make it easy to locate a particular report in a patient’s medical record. Choose from one of our eight popular standard sets below or if the sequence of our standard sets does not meet your requirements, we can custom-print them to meet your specifications.

Standard dividers are produced on 36 lb. ledger with the tabs printed on 1 side. Custom dividers are available on your choice of stock and a choice of 27 tab colors including our "neon brites" for outstanding visibility. When requesting custom dividers, indicate tab titles, colors and position of each tab. Tabs can be located on the right side for three ring charts or the bottom for top opening charts. Please specify whether you would like your dividers with or without punching, and with or without Mylar-reinforced holes.

Our choices of tab colors include: pink, red, purple, brown, tan, clear, light yellow, dark yellow, amber, light blue, medium blue, dark blue, orange, gray, light green, medium green, dark green, silver, *flame orange, *electric blue, *hot pink, *vibrant yellow, *burning red, *jungle green, *lemon yellow, *fire red, and *shocking violet. (*Denotes "neon brites" colors.)

Dividers are also available on 200 lb. White Kimdura paper. Kimdura is:
